Challenge
Tracy Family Foundation wanted to build greater awareness around BC and Beyond, its scholarship program for students in Brown County. While the opportunity could make a meaningful difference for local students, not enough families knew about the scholarship, its history, or the impact it had already made. The Foundation needed a stronger way to reach students, parents, and the broader Brown County community and encourage more students to apply.
Solution
The Relish Jar helped coordinate a series of videos that brought the BC and Beyond story to life through the people who knew it best. The videos featured past scholarship recipients, school staff, and Tracy Family Foundation team members sharing how the program works, how it has supported students, and the Tracy family history behind its creation.
The Relish Jar also planned the content with multiple platforms in mind, creating video cuts that could be used across the Foundation’s website, YouTube, and social media. This gave Tracy Family Foundation a flexible library of storytelling content to increase awareness, build trust, and help more families understand the opportunity available through BC and Beyond.
